newly re-designed cab provides optimum comfort for the operator,
ensuring higher productivity and minimal fatigue... The seat
adjustment range, pedals and instrumentation positioning are designed
and located to maximise both operator space and ease of control.
The
E18SR is available with a TOPS/FOPS cab or canopy.
Smooth
and fast operation: Powerful, large capacity Mitsubishi direct
injection diesel engine, 3 cylinders, 950 cc, delivers 11.3 kW(15 hp)
@ 2200 rpm. The new Integrated-Flow Pump System (IFPS) is more
efficient than ever, providing smooth and responsive hydraulics that
reduce cycle times and increase hourly digging capacity. The new
E18SR features three pumps: two variable displacement axial piston
pumps deliver 2 x 16.3 l/min and 21.6 MPa, and a third gear pump
(11.4 l/min) which powers the swing and dozer circuits, providing
extra output to the arm circuit as soon as digging commences.
The
spanner undercarriage provides excellent versatility, allowing
passage through narrow gates of 1 metre width when completely
retracted and outstanding machine stability with the undercarriage
extended at 1320 mm for safe and productive operation.
Large
capacity travel motors provide more torque and smooth system
operation, ensuring outstanding performance in rough or wet
conditions.
Dual
speed allows movement around the job site quickly and efficiently,
with an automatic shift function should obstacles be encountered or
for tackling steep slopes.
