IHIMER’s new VXT-VXE series of mini diggers will be on show. The range replaces the NX-NXT series and introduces enhanced features in terms of technology and design, with new engines and improved comfort. The 17VXE, which has a digging depth of up to 2.3m and an operating weight of 1.71tonnes, is the evolution of the 15NX. It is aimed at excavation in restricted working areas such as building renovations, sewer maintenance or areas of tunnel digging where bigger machines are unable to operate. The 14NXT mini excavator now becomes the 15VXT with an operating weight of 1.525tonnes and a digging depth of 2.0m. The 16NXT standard-arm model is renamed the 16VXT and has a maximum digging depth of 2.1m with an operating weight of 1.6tonnes or 1.8tonnes depending on whether a canopy or cabin is used. The 16NXT long-arm model becomes the 17VXT with a maximum digging depth of 2.36m and operating weight of 1.75tonnes or 1.86tonnes. The new models have a greater maximum dumping height than the previous versions, with 3.3m for the 16VXT or 3.5m for the 17 VXT. The maximum digging radius increases from 3.7m to 3.9m. They have a dual travel speed of 2.1km/h or 4.1km/h for increased flexibility and manoeuvrability on site. |
